Positions disappear issue

The issue shows up again. We are seeing positions disappear from the account with no corresponding closing order. This has now happened repeatedly, not as a one-off. Paper Account Number:PA3FHKA3UT2A

GOOGL was bought twice: 3.79 shares @ $350.19 (Aug 11, 2026, 09:50:22 PM ET) and 601.59 shares @ $344.61 (Aug 17, 2026, 09:46:21 PM ET).
