Problem
Summary
My paper trading account balance keeps getting reset to $0 without any trades or withdrawals. I have two paper accounts running options. Multiple times over the past few days, I log in to find the account equity at $0 despite having $10,000-$30,000 in equity the previous session. No trades were executed that would cause this — the positions and cash simply disappear. I have to manually reset the paper account each time. This has happened at least 3 times across both accounts. - I did get flagged for PDT yesterday but since then have created accounts with more than 25K.
