I am trying to withdraw my funds for the first time, but the withdrawal is not working.
My account balance is $244, and I have tried to withdraw both $100 and $150. I have reviewed your terms and conditions as well as the applicable withdrawal fees, and I understand the charges.
I have already contacted support and sent several messages, but I have not received an answer regarding this issue.
When I try to withdraw funds, I receive the following error message:
“Outgoing transfers are blocked for this account.”
Please explain why outgoing transfers are blocked on my account and what I need to do to withdraw my funds.
