I cant trade options its saying I need to read api or watch tutorial videos to as options is on live account but im trading live account though

Same here. I clicked on the links, The tutorial is 4 months old.
chiming in to say the same thing. seems to only be an issue on my paper account (so glad i have three to play with btw, thanks for that), and this particular account was trading options only just a day prior
