Migrating from Birdwingo

Hello,

I am a citizen of the Czech Republic and would like to migrate from Birdwingo to Alpaca.

Based on my understanding, all stocks are already registered in my name with Alpaca. What is the process for transferring my account there?

Are there any fees for transferring stocks and ETFs from Birdwingo?

Do I understand it correctly that trading is mostly free? I am looking primarily to DCA in ETFs.

Also, what funding and withdrawal methods are available for customers in the Czech Republic or Europe in general?

Thank you!

Nobody is migrating from Birdwingo to Alpaca?

Is anyone actually supervising this forum?

I haven’t received any public responses, yet a scammer messaged me privately, claiming he filed a support ticket on my behalf. The link he provided directed me to a suspicious cryptocurrency website.

Hello,
I did migrate from birdwingo.

I am glad to hear that! Care to share some details about the smoothness of the process? Does it transfer also fractions?

Is there possibility to deposit or withdraw using SEPA?

hello,
SEPA should work as well (wire transfer, but it can take up to 7 days) as far as I can see.
I’m using their local currency transfer method. Cost: 1.5% with a maximum of 40 dollars.
So far, I’ve always received my money in my account within half a day.
I have instructed Birdwingo to transfer my positions, but that hasn’t happened yet. I’m waiting to see if they do? migrate fractional positions—no idea, I don’t know.

Thanks for message. What exactly is a “local currency transfer” ? 1.5% is crazy high imho.
