Hi, My Live trading account positions are showing 0 quantities and some even turned into short positions which I never have, this technical issue is messing up my trading terribly, can someone please provide an update and ETA on when it will be fixed?
I’m experiencing the same issue on my live trading account. All of my positions have disappeared, and my account is showing a negative balance.
This is extremely concerning because it directly affects my ability to manage risk and make trading decisions. Please escalate this urgently and provide a clear update on what is happening, whether my real positions and funds are safe, and an ETA for resolution.

My positions just restored, however, like Manuel pointed out, this is an extremely serious reliability issue and is absolutely unacceptable as a trading service which is supposed to be tier-1, please make this the upmost urgent work item to fix asap

Me too. This is a serious issue and needs to be solved ASAP.

Incident: Account Balances Display Issue 
Resolved
Timeline:
~3:13 AM ET — Support team started receiving a high volume of tickets reporting users couldn’t see their account balances and equity had dropped to around -200%
~3:25 AM ET — Incident formally declared; status page updated noting equities were incorrectly displaying as $0
~3:35 AM ET — Incident marked Resolved
Root Cause:
“The (BOD) positions job failed due to a database unique constraint violation. A subsequent manual attempt to remediate the issue triggered a script bug that globally advanced the platform’s operational date without the underlying data present, causing user equities to mistakenly display as zero across multiple partners.”
Broader Context:
This also came on the heels of a DTCC Market Disruption Event from the night before (June 29), where DTCC declared a full settlement rollover due to erroneous trades submitted by a member firm — so it was a particularly complex morning on the operations side.
This one was crazy to see. Saw it at like 1:32am PST and couldn’t go back to sleep for a while! So glad it was a glitch on the broker side and not my algo going crazy.
