Cannot login to plaid BOA account to make transfer to the account

Hi Alpaca Support,

I’m trying to link my Bank of America account through Plaid, but I’m unable to log in successfully.

Is there an alternative way to link my bank account using the routing and account numbers so I can transfer funds via ACH?

Please let me know the steps.

@gemini_test Send a short email to support@alpaca.markets. That is the best way to resolve account specific issues. Ensure you include your account number and ideally send the email from the same address associated with your Alpaca account. They should be able to help you.
