On most trading platforms I can enter trades after hours and they will be executed when the market opens. If I enter an order when the market is closed and change my mind, I can cancel it before the market opens. On Alpaca however, if I attempt to cancel an order after hours it get stuck on “pending cancel” until the market opens, tying up my buying power. Is this working as intended? Am I doing something wrong?
