I’d like to be able to set up my orders before the market opens.
My situation is that I’m testing/modifying my algorithm using a paper account after hours. If I create any orders, which then have a status of new, I am unable to delete/cancel them until the market opens. I’m not sure if the problem also affects open orders created from the previous day.

Hmm thanks for the report on the paper trader issue. It should work as you expected, namely a cancel request should cancel the pending order after hours. You can try it in the live side too. Let us look into the paper side.
Same issue. It is making Testing difficult. Any news on when the bug will be fixed. I am unable to cancel 6 orders in paper trading. This is making testing difficult.
Hitoshi, Any update on this? After hours testing cant continue because i have a pending cancel order. Not really sure what it is pending 
I just encounted the pending_cancel order issue. Due to the pending cancel order, I am not able to close the position.
does this issue get resolved?
