I can log into the web site but it only shows paper trading account. When I click the “switch to live trading” link, the page refreshes but stays on paper trading. When I click to open a crypto wallet, it takes me back to the paper trading dashboard. It is like the account is stuck in paper trading with no way out. What gives?
I decided to try the iPhone app and as soon as I logged in, it said my account is disabled. Great. Sent an email to Alpaca. I hope they can get this sorted. The web site should also say the account is disabled instead of looping you back to paper trading forever.
