Account Closure related without providing any genuine reason

Hi, i have been asked to close my account without giving any reason, i don’t know why it is a new account and i have already started investing (what might be the reason)

@Delta Check your emails from support. They need some additional information. Once that’s provided your account may be able to be reopened.

It seems like everything is planned in advance without any reason, if fact i have asked for the reason but they have not specified genuine reason.
