I sold my stock on the dashboard[1] manually but it’s showing me $0.00 buying power. Is this normal, or a display bug? Also, I can’t transfer the money by having sold the stock to my bank b/c it’s saying no balance

If you are on the old brokerage account type (account number starting “3AP”), it is expected to see zero buying power. We are moving to the new type of accounts since early this year. If you need any help regarding how to transition, please reach out to support@alpaca.markets.
