You bug "us_equity orders not allowed for account" caused huge losses today

Trades are blocked via the dashboard as well as API, TradingView connector is also not working any more on my account.

All I did was activate SMS 2FA then Trading View stopped working so I disabled it and realized API is not working either.

This bug has previously been posted by someone else in May but apparently never been fixed

No response from support email either, its been 1.5 hours now
