Unable to deposit funds

Hi there, I tried to deposit funds into my account but failed for several times. I have tried 4 times in 3 different days but all got canceled. I have contacted support@alpaca.markets but the response is that the Plaid gave Alpaca a message " changed plaid login credentials". My bank is Chase, which was working fine with no problems before. What could be the cause here? Anybody got the same issue?

(The support guy asked me to contact my bank for Plaid support, but I don’t think it is the bank’s issue otherwise other people would’ve got the same issue.)
