Trade's side from Time & Sale

I am trying to figure out the the trade condition from the tape (Time and Sale). This is what I see when I stream trades:

Trade condition flags (from polygon: Trade Conditions) doesn’t show if the traded quantity is a sell or buy. Or if it was above ask, below bid or inside price.
