You can check Alpaca’s Status Page for current known issues and their history.
Though, when there’s an issue that isn’t there, I’m not sure how Alpaca’s support works. But at least you can know what they know when they know it.
I believe this happened again Monday morning 11/9 at the opening. 4 or 5 of my stock did not limit sell when they should have. Problems was not solved before close to 10am

Anyone else experience failure of the websocket feed at 19:33 UTC today? I’m getting pings but nothing else coming through. Rest API works fine.
