Add ‘Status Page’ link to top of Dashboard page. When there is an issue, users want / need to know immediately if there is a system issue. You might also consider -

  1. using a different color for the link when there is an issue
  2. add rollover feature that briefly describes issue

Yes, I have the page open. You are missing my point. When the SHTF, traders need a link right on the Overview page that takes them directly to the Status page to get service status.
