Hi : I am trying to access Stock Fundamental data directly using the Polygon Python API but using Alpaca Key. I have a live trading account with Alpaca. But the data returned by Polygon is stale. Has anyone else used Polygon fundamentals data?
Alternatively, is IEX data free if you have a live Alpaca account or do you need to pay for it seperately?

I am very much having this issue.
I tried getting fundamental data with polygon and found it lacking. Alpaca is suppose to have access to IEX fundamental data but i am not sure of the state of things there. I ended up getting a subscription to IEX, it was about $108 for the year and you get pretty much unlimited quota (as long as its for personal use).
IEX has a lot of great fundamental data, like float and shares outstanding, and great API wrappers from the community, highly recommend.
