I’m a software engineer and my friend is a data scientist. We’ve built up a framework for backtesting algorithms and running them live using Alpaca. We’re looking for people with a financial background to work with to develop trading algorithms! Together we have a background in modern software engineering practices, probability theory, machine learning (including state of the art deep learning methods), and deploying highly scalable cloud computing systems on AWS and Azure.
