Has happened on a number of occassions, decided to post about it this time around. There is a bug with the paper trading where a ticker thats currently held becomes unlisted and the system dosen’t seem sure on how to close that position. Below you can see how the account chart reacts to this scenario.
For my paper account the specific ticker causing the issue is PSB, when I attempt to liquidate I get an error resulting in unable to liquidate position. This ends up causing problems for the algorithim moving forward as I have this ghost position I can’t get rid of.
What is the current logic in the paper testing for handling such scenarios or is there any? And how can I get rid of these ghost positions beyond resetting the paper account?
