Paid for 1 Month Membership, then cancelled and now Inactive

I paid for a month of subscription and then cancelled the subscription, but was expecting my access to stay active for the entire month I paid for. I expect to be able to use the service for the entire time I paid without having to pay again to re-subscribe.

How do I get this resolved?
