Getting this error while placing order, can anyone help me please with this?

there could be a number of issues here and i will use my experience with both fidelity and charles swab to answer your question.But in order for me to help you i must ask,have you tried to trade options?the reason i ask is because the application to trade options can get your account restricted if you filled out the forms or checked a box stating that you work for the sand p 500(regulatory complience)…another thing that will keep your account restricted is if you sent a check and even though they say you have all your cash ,in reality the check hasnt cleared fully and as a result they will restrict your trading another reason that they restrict your account has to do with margin(which i dont recommend you use,one time i was charged $1,200 margin call on a $2,500 account ,think about that for a sec before you use margin).
