I’m trying to complete my personal details in order to start trading as a non-US Citizen. When filling in my tax ID, I get the following error message (I’m based in Argentina)

tax_id_type not supported; country: ARG, type: NOT_SPECIFIED

Just wanted to know if alpaca is planning on allowing users from Argentina.

Hello I’m having the same issue, I’m from Ecuador and when I try to fill the Tax ID from Ecuador appears the error:

tax_id_type not supported; country: ECU, type: NOT_SPECIFIED

Does any answer? I have the same, now with the rising 30K restriction ev goes to Apalca.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I was in touch with customer support and they kindly solved this issue. I just tried registering from Argentina, and the error does not show anymore. I wanted to let you know because I think the error was the same across all Latin America.
