Is it true that if i am not an US citizen and only have the paper account - i have no access to the 1 minute API calls?..
is there a way to get 1 minute or Live data with the API?
Unfortunately without a live account, you can not access polygon API for real-time prices. You can however use an alternative stock api at: http://finnhub.io/. They provide real-time market data (including 1 minute) at no cost.
