I have shares of DXLG that I cannot sell. I get the message “asset DXLG is not tradable”. What should I do to trade it? I have been unable to for some time. This happens when I make an API call and manually sell on the website.
I also tried pushing the “x” next to DXLG in the overview page but it still didn’t work. I also checked to make sure I have no sell orders.
I read I can send in a ticket to support@alpaca.markets but am unsure how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
