Leveraged ETF Trading as Retail Client

Hi

I am interested in trading Leveraged ETFs such as TMF, TQQQ and the options for them.
Is it possible to trade such financial products in Alpaca while being a retail investor/client?

P.S I plan to fully cover my positions, i.e. not a margin account.
I also don’t plan to sell options, only to buy call / put options.
