I encountered a situation where a stock got renamed while I had an open position with it. So I opened a buy trade with a different symbol than the symbol I closed the trade with.
I would like to list my trades in my own application I wrote. Is there any way that I can find the new stock name if I only know the old name of the stock? In my example I do have the buy trade with the old name but how can I find out that the sell-trade with the new name is linked to this trade?
