I am fetching account details via REST every 2 seconds and one of my apps keeps hitting rate limits although I have a pro subscription for all of my apps that state unlimited historical API calls (I assume historic account details is included?)

All account API calls are limited to 200/minute. Account calls are completely separate from data calls. While one does have unlimited v2 data API calls when subscribed to the ‘Unlimited’ data plan, account calls still must remain under 200/minute.
