@Meno for account specific issues, send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Ideally send the email from the same email address associated with the account. Also include the nine digit account number. Explain the specific issue or issues you are having. They will be able to sort things out.
Note that Alpaca supports equity trading accounts from Namibia, crypto trading, and therefore deposits in crypto, are not supported.
