As many of you know, the default alpaca account and api key no longer has access to polygon data.
However you can still access the data through the tradeapi package if you have a polygon api key of your own. The free polygon key is sufficient for me as I don’t use any high frequency trading.
You can access the information by creating another another api variable with the polygon code attached
