Came back to see my account is in rejected status

After days of setting up my account and contacting my bank to create a new account to use for Alpaca, I back and my live account says it is in rejected status which means I am stuck with the paper account. I want to put money onto my real account but I cant get to it. I also tried creating another account under a different email address and now I cant pick the United States as a country of residency.

Hey Jeff, same issue here. I also created another account under a different email but was able to choose the US. My account still ended up being rejected. I have messaged in the slack channel and have not gotten support on this yet. Have you solved the issue?
