Has there been any further discussion or development on adding attributes to the Asset endpoint for stock borrow availability and corresponding rates? Interactive Brokers provides a text file for each country/region that users can integrate into their systems. It contains symbol, shares available to borrow, rebate rate, and fee rate.
This additional data would be a huge plus for backtesting with Alpaca since many strategies involving short-selling seem great in testing but in real life have to contend with borrow availability and high rates.
