Alpaca Community Slack not for the community?

I’m trying to get support for the outage today via Slack, but when I try to get on the Alpaca
“community” Slack it says I need to have an @alpaca.market email address, so obviously I can’t get on there. What’s up guys? Seems a bit sloppy.
