Hi, why is my account taking longer to approve? By “longer” does it mean it’s gonna take a couple days or week or month?
@hino Generally, live accounts take 24 hours to be reviewed. If there are additional documents which are needed, our support team will contact you via email. I have seen times that users haven’t seen these emails show up. If it’s been much longer than 24 hours and you haven’t heard anything, send a note to email@example.com requesting an update on getting your account set up. Include the email address you used to set up the account.
