Hi there - I have been trying to get Alpaca customer service to resolve this issue for 2 months now with no answer or any updates and honestly losing hope as I tried several tickets with now luck.
The issue is very simple, or at least I thought it was. I simply cannot make a crypto order saying my account is not eligible. OK…not true. I am in a crypto friendly country, which is also on the ALPACA list of countries that are crypto eligible AND I signed the crypto agreement already.

@MadTrader What is the ticket number(s) which you received from Alpaca Support? I can do some checking on what the issue is.

@Dan_Whitnable_Alpaca Cant thank you enough Dan! Here is the ticket number: 237723 & 240607. They are the same issue but different attempts to get it resolved.
@Dan_Whitnable_Alpaca @Alpaca-Dev Hi there - I just wanted to follow up on this as the issue still resides. Again, I cannot make crypto orders in the live account and I’m not sure why. Please let me know if this is solvable or not. Support has gone silent even after many attempts of me following up and opening multiple tickets. Happy to get on the phone if that is easier.
