Trading view integration is probably the biggest point that works for all trading brokers
and without it probable most people will not consider the platform. thankfully Alpaca Trading has integration however ;

This functions don’t work in Day+EXT “Day including extended hours”
so it’s a massive disadvantage compared to other brokers … and it’s the only negative thing that I found.
Personally, I would prefer to have to use this function with it GTC so the order doesn’t get canceled
although that I like that Alpaca Trading has faster execution and login time than Interactive Broker through Trading view.
But I hope these to be considered by Trading Alpaca to be added in the future so it closes the gap between Alpaca Trading and others like Interactive Brokers etc.
because Let’s be real, no one will be trading 24 hours. the app should work in Extended hours and the user should be able to use Brackets (Stop Loss / Stop Profits) during the day and Extended hours as well…

as I believe its crucial to have brackets function as its not only does save your time from looking at your screen all the time
but also these brackets orders can protect your portfolio and can minimize risk and loses and prevent any profit to be taken out
