I have a link to my bank via micro-transaction validation, but it still says ‘Verifying’ and doesn’t do anything when I click on the ‘Verify’ button. Any assistance would be appreciated.
@jumpiebeen If you are still having issues verifying your bank, please send an email to support@alpaca.markets. Include the account number and/or the email associated with the account. Just copy and paste your original description of the issue from above. We have a dedicated ‘deposit support team’ and they will be resolve the problem.
