I feel like the Alpaca Markets and Collective2 (autotrader) philosophies align really well.
Currently the closest-supported brokerage is Interactive Brokers.
Would love to see Alpaca as a supported brokerage.
Have you tried WealthSignals. A far as I know you can autotrade with alpaca and IBKR.
