@Maher_A Accounts must be funded from a bank account with the same name and address that matches the Alpaca account.

@Maher_A I see you have an active support ticket 154859. Please work with them. The forums are not for account specific issues and I cannot help too much other than to help prioritize support tickets.
Don’t worry about the error message you see when using the old UI. It still works and actually does a few things better than the new UI. That is why support asked you to use the old version. You should be able to link your Wise account using the old UI as instructed by Support.
If you are still having issues, please work through Support and not here in the Forums.

Sorry for disturbing you but I want to tell you that in my country the payment methods like wise, REVOLUT, currency cloud not available but some technology offices have these payment methods can I use it they send my fund through their payment methods is is normal?

@Maher_A Currently, Alpaca only offers margin accounts. You can however effectively ‘turn off’ margin. Go to Account -> Configure
and then select “1” for the Max Margin Multiplier.

@Maher_A Is that a screenshot of the Wise app? Alpaca can’t really help with issues you are having with 3rd party apps. But a few things to note. While one can transfer foreign currencies from different platforms like Currency Cloud, Wise or Revolut, only USD can be deposited into Alpaca Brokerage Accounts.
You can use Wise.com and Revolut.com to send money to your Alpaca account with the below details which reduce the cost involved for normal wire transfers. Please keep in mind when sending funds via Wise or Revolut to reference your 9 digit Alpaca account number.
Use the following details to send a deposit to Alpaca from Wise or Revolut:

Account Type: Checking

Actually from the 4th of August 2024 I sent fund to my Alpaca account number through the wise, com and it showed from two days ago maybe it takes 2 working days with fully meanings it should today completing but the Alpaca team member says not able to recognize due to that I not put it the memo so once again I repeated my wise procedure but with Alpaca securities reference I put it my FFC in the reference
Do is it right FFC the same Alpaca securities reference LLC?
And please when the fund will get my account by international wire so please help me as you know that it’s more than 8 months Iam trying to put fund in the account
@Maher_A First, the post code of Alpaca address in Florida is 33511 (the FL isn’t included in the code)
The best way to resolve all deposit and withdrawal issues is to send an email to support@alpaca.markets. I, and others on the forums here, can perhaps help prioritize support requests, but cannot directly provide support (due to regulatory issues).
So, that said. What is the support ticket number of your last request? I can make some inquiries.

@Maher_A I see your ticket number from today. As stated in the ticket, it appeared your account number wasn’t included in the Wise reference. The Alpaca bank info was all correct.
Your deposit info was sent to the Alpaca Cashiering Team and they will try and locate your deposit and get it credited to your account. Give them a day or two.
