I’ve found Alpaca via internet and would like to try it out. However, I am not able to download any document. For example:
When I try to update my subscription, you ask me to agree to the CTA and UTP Agreements. I can click on that and a new tab in Chrome (or Edge) occurs with following Text:

Status Code: 403 Forbidden

I have the same problem when I try to get a live trading account. There I would like to download and read the documents before I agree to them.
