I’m trying to integrate Alpaca’s MCP into my open AI agent platform. I’m running the agent locally with transport, and using ngrok to have it available to OpenAi’s platform. The only issue is while the MCP is init’d with the appropriate keys, the request to the MCP from the remote agent causes an authentication error and therefor no tools can be run. What I don’t know is should I do custom headers? what keys should i be passing along in the post to my local MCP (by way of ngrok) . Is this even possible or am I tilting at a windmill here? Looking for any help here because I have some interesting experiments i want to try with this setup.
