Let’s say someone have $25K cash in a margin account

09:30 and he bought $25k worth of stock

10:00 then sold it for $26k

10:30 then bought it $25K worth of stock

11:00 then sold it for $26K

  1. ⁠Does he pay margin interest for trading with unsettled funds?

And if doesn’t , does it apply during 24 hr , trading outside hours, and overnight. Or only during the market trading hours ?
