I'm getting "forbidden" when I try to subscribe for real-time data

Steps to reproduce:

• Login to my account at Alpaca | Algo Trading Commission Free with REST API
• Click on my user icon → Market Data Subscription
• Click on “Unlimited → Upgrade”
• Subscriber status → non-professional → Continue
• I get a new small red line saying: “forbidden.”

When I register my app with my account, it now provides HEX keys that do not work.

The keys I got a year ago were not HEX. They work. Someone changed the key generator and it is broken.

The keys that work are not hex values, they are char.
