I am trying to upgrade to unlimited market data subscription, but it keeps saying error

When trying to upgrade to unlimited market data subscription, it keeps giving me the following error message when I click Continue:

field “country_of_tax_residence” cannot be updated

I didn’t change or update the country of tax residence. I can’t proceed to the next step. Please help.
