I’m trying to test an algo with a Business Account and it’s not letting me do day trading, so what can be wrong?
Without extensive day trading power I wouldn’t be able to use an algo, someone know what can be wrong? Balance is over $30k.
One must be cognizant of the accounts ‘Day Trade Buying Power’ when day trading. This is equal to four times the previous close ‘excess equity’. You cannot place trades at any given time which exceeds the DTBP. That is probably the issue?
