Crypto Paper Orders Not Filling After 8 AM – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

I noticed that after 8 AM this morning, crypto paper orders on Alpaca stopped filling. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to troubleshoot:

• Created a new account – No change.

• Compared order confirmations before & after – They look the same.

• Placed orders via Web UI – They immediately canceled.

• Switched “Time in Force” from GTC to IOC – No effect.

• Paper stock orders still work fine, so the issue seems isolated to crypto.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you have any insights or workarounds?

Would appreciate any guidance or if an Alpaca team member could confirm whether this is a known issue.

Same here. Emailed tech support today, still haven’t got any reply.

Tried several ways to place trades, tradingview, dashboard, api … all the same results. It’s not working, something is off. Sent 2-3 emails to support-that-no-humans-respond. Let us know if you guys find out anything

Is it the same for live accounts? Or just for paper?

I got the reply below, which was confusing to me. Orders stopped filling 8am Friday. If it were stocks, wouldn’t they be filled through 4pmET? Since the orders were crypto, however, which should be 24/7.

Yes orders just started filling for me today 4am EST.

+1 their reply is strange. Crypto was always 24/7.
