Trying to open live trading account since June 2025. submitted address proof (utility bill multiple times). Customer support is so moronic that, they respond with boiler plate emails like this. When you click on the link it says no documents required. This is my 3rd time trying. When will you guys grow a pair and get some real people to man the support?
This Radzi guy is such a moron. He needs a lesson in reading before responding.

Examples of acceptable documents are utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, driver license, or any other document that states your name and address.**Please note that the address on the document you provide must match the address entered on your account.
