Can developer app be used to access existing alpaca clients on a read only basis?

Hello and it’s nice to be here.

I am developing an application that will allow clients to get advice on their existing trading to help improve their trading behaviours. Is it possible to build an app using the alpaca API for read only access for existing alpaca clients? The docs seem to success that the apps built over the api would have a sign up procedure for new clients only.
