C# API ListAllOrdersAsync No Leg
*When calling the ListAllOrdersAsync() or ListOrdersRequest() the orders in the result does not have Legs for OCO orders and it’s always null
However, when using the OrderId from one of those orders and call the GetOrderAsync(), it will return the Leg for the specific order
