I’ve been with Alpaca for over 6 months and have significant money in it. When I try to withdraw some cash, I get " Your withdrawable funds is $0.00" – what gives?
The same was happening to me when I tried to withdraw my cash using “Local Transfer (Powered by CurrencyCloud)”. I had to switch to “Via Wire Transfer” in order to make the withdrawal request work. Local Transfer was always showing: “We have received your request to withdraw $0.00” to me. Also, the amounts that I can withdraw have been slightly different between “Wire Transfer” and “Local Transfer”.
